We will happily exchange, credit or refund any non-special order item up to 30 days from purchase. All returns must be unused, have all original product tags and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once the item(s) have been inspected and approved, we will credit your to your original form of payment minus shipping charges if applicable, issue store credit or exchange the item per your request. While we strive to keep as many items in stock as we can, we are limited by the fact that we are a relatively small specialty retailer that struggles to compete in the online mega-retailer world of today. We are at heart a brick-and-mortar retailer run by paddlers with a passion for paddling and getting others stoked on paddling.
With that in mind, please note that our website is a catalog of products that we carry and is not always an exact reflection of what we currently have in stock. Many items on our site can be “drop shipped” directly from the manufacturer with little or no increase in transit times. We will contact you as quickly as possible regarding any out-of-stock items on your order that will incur more than a 1-2 day delay in handling or transit times.
